PLAYER OF THE WEEK: BOOMER KEYS
Player of the Week Boomer has been named the Expos player of the week for the 2nd time this 2010 season. He has been tearing the cover off the ball all season thus far. Boomer leads the team in hits and on-base percentage. This past weekend Boomer righted the ship on the mound leading the Expos to a huge win over Bay City. He went 9 strong innings only allowing 3 earned runs and keeping the Expos within reach of the Bombers all day. Boomer only walked 2 hitters all day and managed to keep the usually slugging Bombers off base. Boom has been a huge reason why the Expos have posted their 2 wins in league play this season.
